I’ve spent over two decades in the automotive industry — on the tools, in the office, management, and everywhere in between. I built my own automotive business from the ground up — scaled it, built a great team, and eventually sold it. After years of running and working inside high-performing workshops, I saw a pattern: great mechanics building businesses they were passionate about… and burning out trying to make them work.
